RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of our products, all items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, as they cannot be resold.

That said, I understand that issues can occasionally occur. If there is a problem with your order, please contact orders@gourmandgirlsdecants.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will gladly review your request and assist where appropriate.
