Shipping policy
✨ Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Current processing time is 3–7 business days, though many orders may ship sooner depending on product availability and order volume.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
✨ Preorder Items
Some items in the shop may be listed as preorder.
All preorder items will ship within 14 days or less.
If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will ship once the preorder item is ready.
If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for preorder and ready-to-ship items.
✨ International Shipping
International shipping is available for a flat rate of $20 USD per order.
Please email me if flat-rate shipping does not appear as $20 at checkout. I’ll get it taken care of and add your country’s shipping rate if needed.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict customs charges.
✨ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While every order is carefully packaged, delivery delays are outside of our control once a package has been shipped.
All packages are shipped with insurance. If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please file a claim directly with USPS or UPS using your tracking number.
